Event Crew
Registration:
Managing check-in, distributing materials, and assisting attendees with queries.
Ushering & Crowd Management:
Directing traffic, guiding attendees to sessions, and ensuring smooth flow in high-traffic areas.
Production Support:
Assisting with mic runs, setting up signage, and providing general backstage support as needed.
Perform other ad-hoc event tasks as assigned by the Event Manager.
SGD 12.00 per hour
Room Coordinator (Hybrid)
Support conference speakers on-site by assisting with AV connections, reviewing presentation formats (Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint is required), and ensuring speaker comfort.
Manage programme flow by strictly adhering to the session schedule, providing timely cues to speakers, and coordinating session breaks.
Able to troubleshoot simple AV technical issues (eg. restarting presentation laptops, adjusting microphone levels, checking basic cabling).
Liaise with Zoom Coordinator to confirm the session stream is broadcasting correctly to the virtual audience.
Training will be provided and training hours will be counted towards final compensation.

Zoom Coordinator
Ensure that the stream could be clearly heard and slides sharing is smooth throughout the event.
Provide seamless, high-touch support for virtual speakers, including conducting pre-event tech checks and managing presentation flow.
Support attendees with connection issues and basic platform guidance (eg. Q&A, polls, muting).
Able to troubleshoot simple AV technical issues (eg. microphone settings, screen sharing permissions) and remain calm under pressure.
Training will be provided and training hours will be counted towards final compensation.
